These Terms of Service (“Terms,” “Terms and Conditions”) govern your use of https://knowbelivecoaching.com (the “Site”) and all coaching services offered by Know Be Live Coaching (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing the Site or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site and Services.

Our intention is to be clear, respectful, and transparent so you know exactly what to expect when working with us.

Definitions for the  purposes of these terms and conditions are:

  • “Terms and Conditions”, "Terms of Service", “Terms” refers to terms and conditions policy referenced herein.

  • "We", "us,", "our" refers to Know Be Live Coaching, the business owned and operated by Nicola Francis.

  • "You", "your", “user” refers to any visitor or user accessing our website and services.

  • "Site", “website” refers to https://knowbelivecoaching.com and any content, materials, and information made available on it, including any links to third party information..

  • "Services", “service” refers to all ADHD and Life Coaching related services including but not limited to, workshops, educational courses and group facilitation, website materials and content provided by Know Be Live Coaching.

These Terms apply to all users of the Site and all clients who engage in our Services.

2. General Site Terms

By accessing our Site, you agree to:

  • Use the Site and Services lawfully and respectfully

  • Comply with our Privacy Policy

  • Not reproduce, distribute, or misuse any content or materials

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.

3. Information Accuracy & Changes

We aim to keep our content accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee completeness or error-free information.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or remove content, pricing, and Services at any time without notice.
Your continued use of the Site or Services implies acceptance of any changes.

4. Coaching Services

Know Be Live Coaching provides educational, personal, and professional development support through:

  • ADHD Coaching

  • Life Coaching

  • Workshops, programs, and group services

Coaching Is Not Therapy or Medical Care

Coaching is not psychotherapy, counseling, psychiatry, mental health treatment, or medical advice.
Coaches do not diagnose, treat, or manage mental health conditions.

If you require mental health, medical, legal, or financial advice, please seek the appropriate licensed professional.

No Guarantees

Coaching is a collaborative process requiring your participation.
We do not guarantee specific results, outcomes, or changes.

5. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Attend sessions on time

  • Participate honestly and openly

  • Take responsibility for your decisions and actions

  • Communicate any concerns that may impact your coaching process

  • Use the Site and Services respectfully and appropriately

You understand that you are responsible for your wellbeing and your results.

6. Bookings, Rescheduling & Cancellations

Appointments are booked through our scheduling system.
You will receive a confirmation email after booking.

Rescheduling or Canceling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance

  • Late cancellations or no-shows are charged in full

  • Repeated cancellations may result in termination of Services

7. Fees & Payments

  • Fees for coaching are listed on the Site or provided during contracting

  • Fees may change at any time

  • Coaching fees are charged in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise agreed upon at the time of contracting.

  • Payments are collected via Stripe or Squarespace Payments

  • No refunds are offered unless clearly stated otherwise for a specific service

Chargebacks or payment disputes will be handled according to Stripe’s policies.

8. Digital Products, Courses & Workshops

If we offer online courses, digital products, or workshop materials:

  • All sales are final

  • Access is for your personal, non-commercial use only

  • You may not copy, share, or distribute materials

  • We are not responsible for technical issues related to third-party platforms

9. Intellectual Property

All content, text, graphics, logos, images, videos, PDFs, worksheets, and other materials on the Site or provided in Services are the property of Know Be Live Coaching.

You receive a limited, revocable license to use materials for personal use only.

You may not:

  • Copy

  • Share

  • Reproduce

  • Sell

  • Distribute

  • Modify

  • Claim ownership of
    any content without written permission.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site or Services for unlawful purposes

Our Site uses third-party tools (e.g., Squarespace Scheduling, Stripe, Google Workspace, analytics providers).

We are not responsible for:

  • Outages, breaches, errors, or failures caused by these tools

  • The content or practices of external websites we link to

By using the Site, you accept and agree to third-party terms and policies.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Know Be Live Coaching, its owner, partners, team members, and affiliates are not liable for any:

  • Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Losses related to decisions you make

  • Actions or inactions taken based on information provided

  • Issues related to coaching outcomes, website use, or third-party tools

Your use of the Site and Services is at your own risk.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Know Be Live Coaching from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use or misuse of the Site or Services

  • Your breach of these Terms

You remain responsible for outstanding payments at the time of termination.
