  • ADHD coaching is an ongoing collaborative partnership that empowers clients to understand and navigate their ADHD challenges by learning to work with their unique brain, rather than against it.

    Taking a step back to learn about ADHD, your own traits and tendencies and building a purposeful action plan to achieve what you want are key components of ADHD coaching.

    ADHD coaching is not medical treatment, counselling, consulting, psychotherapy, financial planning, legal advising or training.

  • Although there can be some overlap between the two, Therapy or Counselling, will generally look into past and early life experiences with a focus on understanding and processing.

    Coachingby contrast, looks at where you are now, your vision for the future and what’s in your control to get there. There are times where we step back into past experiences to pull out learnings that we can apply now. However, the focus is on forward progress and momentum.

  • ADHD coaching is ideal for individuals who are ready to make a change in their lives. Change goals examples include: navigating a specific ADHD challenge, changing a behaviour or thought pattern or taking steps towards seeing something big to completion, where you might not on your own.

    If you're ready to take control of your Ferrari (brain) and are seeking practical strategies and accountability to achieve your success, coaching could be a great fit.

  • Yes. If you identify with the traits of ADHD through knowledge of diagnosed ADHD in your family or otherwise, you can work with a coach to maximize your strengths and overcome challenges. Our clients are high-functioning adults.

  • Most clients spend around 6 months in coaching, but programs can range from 3 months to over 1 year, depending on client needs. I work with clients for a minimum of 3 months as coaching is a process and not a quick fix.

  • Each session focusses on a specific topic/goal chosen by the Client. We explore solutions and set actionable steps to take between sessions. Example topics are: task completion, specific emotional regulation, day-to-day balance of career and life.

    Within the session we celebrate wins, learn from actions taken/not taken and ADHD education, progressing forward with coaching accountability.

  • Sessions are held over Zoom Monday-Friday between 9:30AM to 5:00PM EST. We meet weekly or bi-weekly on the same day/time.

  • 60 minute sessions are $200+HST CAD, 90 minute sessions are $250+HST CAD. Coaching is billed monthly and payment is accepted via credit card and Apple Pay.

    ADHD and Life Coaching are not covered through OHIP. The cost of coaching may be covered through your private insurance plan or professional development budget.
